For example, we worked very closely with a local food processor, to understand their need to gently wash produce without damaging the lettuce. Our unique capability in systems design, and prototyping resulted with our development of a custom solution, our patented immersion receiver and pipelinefor gentle produce cleaning, that quickly mixes, cleans, and chills farm produce with an optimum product-to-water ratio, that yields maximum quality, production and throughput.
